Booking Policy for Sparkle Up Cleaning Services 1. Introduction At Sparkle Up Cleaning Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning solutions. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, payments, client responsibilities, and service satisfaction. By booking our services, you agree to adhere to this policy. 2. Scheduling Services Booking Process: Clients can schedule services through our online booking system, via phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability. Service Confirmation: Upon scheduling, clients will receive a confirmation detailing the date, time, and scope of services. Please review this information and notify us promptly of any discrepancies. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment. Notice can be given via email, SMS, or phone. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee compensates our staff for reserved time slots that cannot be refilled on short notice. No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the premises or is turned away, a fee equal to 50% of the service price will be charged to the credit card on file. 4. Payment Terms Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Clients are required to provide valid payment information at the time of booking. Billing: Payments are processed upon completion of each cleaning service unless otherwise arranged. For recurring services, clients may opt for automatic billing. Late Payments: A late fee of $25 applies to payments more than seven days overdue. Continued delinquency may result in suspension of services. 5. Client Responsibilities Access: Clients must ensure that our cleaning staff has unimpeded access to the premises at the scheduled time. This includes providing necessary keys, access codes, or arranging for someone to grant entry. Safety: Clients are responsible for securing pets and ensuring that the environment is safe for our staff.
